1. General
    •    By booking a skip bin with Wizz Binz, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
    •    “Customer” refers to the person or company ordering the bin. “We”, “our”, and “us” refer to Wizz Binz.

    2. Placement & Access
        •    Bins will be placed in a safe location as directed by the customer, provided it is accessible to our trucks.
        •    Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access and surface conditions. Wizz Binz is not liable for damage to driveways, curbs, paving, or underground services.
        •    If bins cannot be delivered or collected due to restricted access, additional fees may apply.

    3. Loading of Bins
        •    Bins must not be filled above the rim. Overloaded bins may be refused collection, or excess charges may apply.
        •    The customer is responsible for ensuring only permitted waste is placed in the bin.
        •    Prohibited items (in all bins): asbestos, super 6, chemicals, food waste, gas bottles, medical waste, oil, paint, solvents, syringes, tyres, wet cement/concrete, mattresses, tree trunks, stone bench tops.
        •    Light bins: strictly no sand, soil, dirt, bricks, concrete, or tiles.
        •    Heavy bins (2m³–4m³ only): sand, soil, dirt, concrete, and tiles are accepted.
        •    6m³ heavy bins: sand, soil, dirt, or concrete are not accepted due to truck weight limits.

    4. Responsibility for Waste
        •    The customer is liable for all waste placed in the bin during the hire period, including by third parties.
        •    Wizz Binz reserves the right to remove and/or charge additional fees for prohibited or excess materials.

    5. Hire Period
        •    Standard hire is 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
        •    Extended hire may incur additional charges.
        •    Collection dates must be arranged in advance.

    6. Safety
        •    Fires are not permitted in bins.
        •    Customers must not move bins once delivered.

    7. Payment
        •    Payment must be made prior to or at delivery, unless otherwise arranged.
        •    Additional charges (e.g., for overloading, incorrect waste, extended hire, or access issues) will be invoiced and must be paid within 7 days.

    8. Liability
        •    Wizz Binz is not liable for damage caused by the customer’s failure to follow these Terms & Conditions.
        •    Customers are responsible for obtaining council permits if required for on-road bin placement.

    9. Right to Refuse
        •    Wizz Binz reserves the right to refuse delivery, collection, or disposal if Terms & Conditions are breached.
